This medium-dark roast has a satisfying, moderately-heavy body, a stone fruit sweetness, and a sharp yet balanced brightness. Since the very beginning, it has been our signature espresso, and there's a reason why it's still our go-to at the Eco Cafe in St. Jacobs; it makes a damn good shot.
